Integrative Therapy

Integrative Therapy is an important technique where the therapist chooses different psychotherapy tools and techniques from multiple theoretical schools and optimizes them to suit a client's therapeutic needs while maximizing the therapeutic intervention's effectiveness.
Dr. Fadi uses integrative psychotherapy in his approach by combining tools and techniques from CBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered theoretical models.

CBT

CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most structured psychotherapy techniques that's known to be time-limited, and goal oriented.

Person-Centered

Person-Centred Therapy focuses on empathy, acceptance and giving the client an encouraging and supportive atmosphere to navigate their emotions and feelings.

Solution-Focused

In Solution-Focused Therapy, the therapist works with the client to find practical solutions to a specific challenge while continuously evaluating changes and feasibility.
